Return Eligibility & Time Limit

Customers can initiate a return application within 60 days after receiving the goods if they encounter product adaptation problems, order errors or other legitimate demands. Returned products must be kept in unused, unopened, original packaging and resalable condition, with complete product accessories and labels to pass our warehouse inspection.

Refund Processing Cycle
